For every traveller
PAN: the full name on PAN is used for the payment check and tax records.
Indian passport: the passport number links the purchase to the traveller and the trip allowance.
Air ticket: a confirmed ticket showing departure from India within the allowed advance period.
Visa, when the destination needs one
Upload the visa page. If you travel visa-free, with an e-visa issued on arrival, or under an exemption, choose that basis and explain it briefly. Our team checks it against the destination.
Making scans pass first time
Photograph the whole page in daylight, with no glare and no fingers over the text. PDFs and clear phone photos both work.
Make sure the name is written the same way on PAN, passport and ticket. If it differs (for example a missing middle name), mention it in your order notes.
How we protect documents
Files are stored privately. You and authorised reviewers open them only through short-lived links. PAN and passport numbers are encrypted, and records are kept for the compliance period of 5 years.
