Orders and quotes
Rates are indicative until locked. An expired quote must be refreshed. Orders remain subject to traveller identity, travel-document and payment checks by the operating partner.
Payment and fulfilment
A payment reference is not confirmation of receipt. Bank, UPI and cash receipts are verified by hand. Preferred dates and slots are subject to approval and available stock; order submission does not guarantee same-day service.
Customer declarations
Traveller details, prior purchases, cash drawals and LRS declarations must be accurate. The team may request clearer documents or decline an order that does not meet compliance requirements.
