Cancellation & refunds

Buy orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order is dispatched or completed, the online cancellation action is unavailable.

If payment has been confirmed when an order is cancelled or rejected, its refund state becomes pending. An admin records confirmation after handling the refund manually.

No automatic refund or guaranteed processing time is implied. The operating partner must approve the final refund terms before public launch.
