The process
How it works, from quote to notes in hand
1. Rates are set by hand
Our team enters the partner rate for each currency during the day. If a rate is older than 30 minutes, ordering pauses for that currency until it is refreshed, so you never pay an outdated price.
2. You get an itemised quote
Mid-market reference, customer rate, margin, delivery fee, GST and TCS are shown on separate lines. Nothing is added later.
3. You lock the rate
At review, lock your quote. It stays valid for 5 minutes with a visible countdown. If it expires, refresh it and check the new total.
4. Documents are reviewed
A reviewer checks PAN, passport, ticket and visa for each traveller and may ask for a clearer scan. Uploading a document is not the same as approval.
5. Payment is confirmed
Pay from your own bank or UPI account. A team member matches your reference with the money received. Entering a reference alone does not confirm payment.
6. Notes are packed and handed over
