Information used for your order
Traveller names, PAN and passport details, trip declarations, fulfilment addresses and payment records are used to review and process currency transactions.
Document access
Uploaded files are private. The customer and authorised reviewers can access them through temporary viewing links. Assigned operations staff receive fulfilment details for their assigned orders.
Retention and requests
Transaction and KYC records may be retained for the configured compliance period, initially five years. Export or deletion requests must be reviewed against legal retention obligations by the operating team.
